Description of the problem	The door locks on the muranos do not function properly. From reading message boards online it looks like a common issue that should be recalled as it is not just my vehicle. Sometimes it won't lock and other times it won't unlock. It doesn't work with either the keyfob or from the inside of the door. It is a safety concern not being able to lock and unlock the car door. Someone could open your car door or not being able to unlock it to exit the vehicle in an emergency. Nissan wants several thousand dollars to fix the issue when it is something that is a common defect on their end. They should have to fix it.
