Description of the problem	Brakes went to the floor lost control of vehicle. Went on lawn to avoid hitting a pedestrian. Vehicle has been in the nissan dealership in the past for this exact problem that randomly appears. 2009 had a vol recall and the affected parts involved are in this model year as well. The date codes show it to be a 2009 part. Nissan would not assist us. Brake returned to normal operation. Vehicle has under 60k miles on it. Over $3000. 00 for repair
