Description of the problem	The seatbelt on the second row seating center has stopped working it worked for a little while then we noticed it was starting to lock up now it does not buckle at all they cleaned it we have checked for pennies or any debris but it will not grab the other part of the seat belt. The vehicle's always is in park mode before we leave and buckle up.
