Description of the problem	The driver's side door began making a loud noise when the door was unlocked or locked. I went to the nissan dealership and was told it was be $575 to fix. I chose not to fix it at that time. Now, a couple of months later, the door will not always lock when the button on the doorhandle is pushed or when the key fob is used. The door will continue to make the loud noise, but sometimes you have to try to lock the door 10-15 times before the door will lock. This is a concern as i need my doors to lock to protect items in the vehicle. Also, i am afraid the door will not unlock or lock in the event of an emergency.
