Description of the problem	My wife was driving the vehicle on a frigid night and she felt that she needed to pump the brake until it hits the floor to stop, next day as she was driving from our garage it just slid off the sloped driveway. I needed to drive her to work in another vehicle. I had the brake pads replaced because the mechanic suggested that the sponginess of the brake might go away if i have a new brake pad. After the replacement it was if nothing was done to the brakes it was stillspongy.
