Description of the problem	Nissan is not complying with recall. October 23, 2018 there was a recall on my 2009 nissan murano for the abs actuator, brake fluid and lines. I was told they would test the actuator and change the brake fluid and lines. At this time my car passed the actuator test so the nissan service facility informed me that they would not be fixing the actuator. However, on may 21, 2019 i took my car in for service because my abs and slip lights came on in my car. The nissan service facility informed me that my actuator now needs repair, but nissan will not cover the expense saying that they "already completed the recall". Is this how a recall works? I am having a problem with this same part 6 months later. If i would have waited and had my car tested today i would have received a new actuator. Please help i am not well versed in cars but am concerned that my car is an accident waiting to happen. This part was recalled for a reason and i am looking for nissan to honor their recall and fix the actuator so my car is safe. Living in the midwest with our crazy weather; good reliable brakes are very important. I have had issues (which i previiously reported) with my brakes not working properly.
