Description of the problem	I experienced for the third time a brake malfunction thursday night 2/2/17. I was carefully driving home on a snow covered road and i applied my brakes to make a turn and the brake pedal went almost to the floor. The first and second time this happened under a hard braking situation on wet roads. In the past this condition has been periodic but the condition has now existed continually for about 1 week. The brake pedal goes nearly to the floor before braking begins and there is no abs. I brought the car to the dealer a few months ago and they performed a brake flush and refill. The very next day it happened again. Sometimes the brakes start acting normally after pumping the brake pedal multiple times. But the dangerous condition always returns seemingly at random under multiple road conditions and at various speeds. There have been 2 near miss collisions. The consumer stated the abs actuator was replaced and the vehicle was repaired. *js
