Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2009 nissan murano. While driving 40 mph, the brake pedal was depressed and traveled to the floorboard. As a result, the contact collided with another vehicle. The air bags did not deploy. A police report was not filed and there were no injuries sustained. The vehicle was taken to the dealer (larry miller nissan, 2400 west 104th ave, denver, co 80234) where it was diagnosed that a new brake reservoir cap and a different type of brake fluid were needed.
