Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2009 nissan murano. While driving 25 mph, another vehicle crashed into the front of the contact's vehicle. The air bags failed to deploy. The driver sustained face injuries, the front passenger who was pregnant sustained stomach injures, the fetus sustained a fracture on the leg, and the rear passenger sustained head injures. All passengers required medical attention. A police report was filed. The vehicle was not diagnosed, but was taken to an auto body repair center for body repairs. In addition, five months later while driving at 35 mph, the brake pedal was depressed, but the vehicle failed to stop. As a result, the contact switched into the right lane and another vehicle crashed into the rear passenger side door of the vehicle. The air bags failed to deploy.
