Description of the problem	The drivers side sun visor broke and will not stay in the up position. It falls down unexpectingly and causes the view of the driver to be blocked. This has happened on two occassions that almost caused a wreck. Nissan claims this is not covered under the warranty. There have been numerous complaints on the nissan webiste because they will not recall this item. To replace the sun visor is $350-500. *tt
