Description of the problem	This is regarding a 2007 nissan murano. The sun visor on the drivers side does not lock in the up position. This causes it to fall donw into the field of view and is a definate safety issue especially when driving on rough roads as it can block you vision without any warning. Manufacturer and dealers will not cover this repair once out of warrenty and it costs upwards of $400 to do the repair. I have investigated this and have even heard from dealers that this is a common occurance with these vehicles all the way back to 2003. This should definately be a saftey recall as it could cause an unexpected accident
