Description of the problem	I recently purchased a 2007 nissan murano which i purchased on 5/5/2015. I felt comfortable moving forward with the purchase based on the carfax which stated no accident / damage reported , no total loss, no structural damage, no airbag deployment. After, going to a local gas station and purchasing the required octane. I pulled off into traffic safely and the car would not budge. Terrified that i would get hit by on coming traffic, i jumped into action and put the car into reverse. I let out huge sigh of relief because, i was able to move in reverse. I caught my breath and noticed that the service engine soon. I took my car too a local autozone and the codes that i received are all transmission codes. After being instructed to have a diagnostic performed by a authorized nissan dealer, it was confirmed that i need a new cvt transmission, transfer case resealed. Based on numerous complaints about the cvt transmission and the safety issues. I deem my car unsafe and nissan should be responsible to make any and all vehicles manufactured.
