| Description of the problem | Brakes on our 2007 nissan murano, with over 7000 miles, still squeal excessively in reverse. We are concerned with eventual damage to pads and/or rotors and subsequent brake failure. At the dealer for a scheduled service visit, service manager recently claimer "all cars have same brake noise" and "all brake pads are the same", and "there is nothing wrong and the brake noises are normal." |
