Description of the problem	Due to close proximity (and same "level") of brake pedal and gas pedal, the throttle is accidentally engaged when trying to stop (under braking). This causes the braking to be less effective (engine working against brakes), with moderate loss of control, unusual results, and near accidents. This has occured three times to me, and has occurred twice to my wife, on this vehicle. We have both been driving many different types of vehicles for many years, and never had this happen to either of us before. Therefore, it must be an "unusual" design cause on this vehicle.
