| Description of the problem | While driving and making a turn, the driver's seat bracket failed causing the left rear of the seat to dip down and rock back and forth. The seat is now unstable and it is unsafe to drive the vehicle. Upon doing some research online, i have read numerous complaints that nhtsa and nissan are aware that these seats are a problem and that previous concerns and requests for a recall on this issue have fallen on deaf ears. I think nissan should take responsibility for this manufacturing defect and fix these seats before someone is injured. |
