| Description of the problem | The passenger side seat began to rock side to side. There was not accident or any thing. It was fine on the way to the store but getting back into the seat when leaving the store we noticed the rocking of the seat. After taking it to the shop that night we were informed that the seat frame was broken. The weld had failed. After talking with the mechanic we were informed that this is a fairly common problem. A very expensive problem that can hurt people. If not fixed this could lead to serious injuries in an accident. Why is nissan not responsible for fixing this common problem that can harm their customers? |
