Description of the problem	The driverside seat bracket broke. There are four mounts on the driverside seat that hold the powerseat to the vehicle. The left rear of bracket of the seat bracket essential snapped. The driver weighs no more than 190 pounds. The owner went to three nissan dealerships and they acknowledged the issue, but nissan has declined to make the repair. If the vehicle is in accident then there is a high likelihood that the driver will not be held in place as forward momentum will force the driver into the steering wheel or through the windshield.
