Description of the problem	While travelling for a funeral, driver's seat started rocking to the rear. Investigation showed the seat frame had broken at the left rear corner. A nissan dealer in wisconsin refused to repair the seat failure for free as the car is no longer under warranty. To get vehicle home a block of wood was placed under corner. Once the car was in home state, dealer there also refused to repair for free even though this is a safety issue. Owner had 3rd party mechanic remove and make welding repairs. Searching the internet shows many complaints for this model vehicle with multiple production years starting in 2003 through at least 2007 for the same driver's side seat failure.
