Description of the problem	I was going down the highway and heard a noise and my driver seat went back and toward the window. I had to regain control of my car because when the seat frame broke i swerved and my foot fell off the gas pedal. When reading online i found that there was an investigation but no recall was issued. I also found that i am not the only one to have this problem. Please revisit this issue and do something to protect not only the driver/passenger of the vehicle but the other motorists on the road before someone gets seriously hurt or worse. If it was my inexperienced 18 year old driving there would have surely been an accident.
