Description of the problem	Driver seat anchor failure driver seat collapsed towards driver door while driving from pa. To fl. On i-95. Loud pop under seat when incident occurred. I will have it repaired before i return to pa. According to your bulletin: nhtsa / pe 08065. The number of complaints are high but you closed this issue on 7/2/09. If you look further you will find this problem has been going on since 2005 with only several accidents reported. No fatalities yet. Please check the arfc web site for another 267 complaints. This finding needs to be reopened and is a safety issue that needs to be addressed. Had i not reacted swiftly while in motion i would not be sending you this complaint, my attorney would with a copy to my congressman and nissan.
