Description of the problem	The seatbelt release mechanism has become intermittent (sticky) over the past several weeks. This appears to be due to the collapse of the driver's seat frame, which occurred on this vehicle several months ago. The seat belt appears to be anchored to the seat frame on the right side, and to the vehicle body on the left side. The wobbling motion of the driver's seat due to the collapsed frame appears to affect the seat belt tension, which may be affecting the operation of the release mechanism. I am awaiting the safety recall on both of these issues. *kb
