Description of the problem	I felt a vibration coming from my 2007 nissan murano and i took it to the dealer and they said they didn't feel it. Took it back a second time and they said that they had overserviced the cvt(transmission) at a prior service interval. They said they reset the fluid level. Took the car and it still vibrated... A week later i was pondering how to file a complaint. Today i was heading to the airport when the car completely lost all power to the cvt. I was entering the highway and i felt the engine just rev up and the car wasn't moving forward with my foot on the gas pedal. A car almost slammed me in the rear end and i pulled over to the side of the road and called a tow truck and towed the car to the dealer. The dealership failed to recognize that the cvt should have been replaced and that there is also a recall on the cvt. This put me and anyone who was in my car in a dangerous situation where it could have ended up tragically if someone had hit me on the driver side if i was making a left turn and my car lost power.
