Description of the problem	While operating my vehicle on 6/27/2020 after 1hr of driving the car steering wheel would not turn almost causing an accident. I had to stop the car put in it park, turn the car off and then back on. When i tried to turn the car on and it hesitated then turn over. I then proceeded to turn the corner and the check engine light came on. This is the 2nd time this has happened and when i took car to car shop. The code was p0340, cam shaft position. I replace the cam shaft after this happened the first time. Now this has happened again, almost causing me to have an accident.
