Description of the problem	Traveling east on highway 287 through town my car lost all power so i coasted to the side of the road in the middle of heavy traffic. The car was still running but would not accelerate while in gear although it would in park or neutral. Eventually it would quit and only start with a jump then run for a little while. The next day i went to go pick up my car on the side of the road having somebody give me a jump and then it wouldn't start at all. So then i went and got a new battery and it ran for as long as it took to run that battery down. I replaced alternator a year ago when i was having the same problem. I'm stuck i don't know what to do. Does anybody have a solution?
