Description of the problem	This car has an electrical problem. The dash board lighted components flicker back and forth from dim to bright when the headlights are turned on. The headlights when turning on go from really dim to normal when turning on. I have noticed this at night while driving. When going to buckle my son in his car seat the seat belts thin the rear lock and do not release. Unless all the slack it it is returned to normal. Which sometimes takes 3 to 4 times to be able to buckle him into his seat without the seat belt locking
