Description of the problem	The sun visor on the drivers side does not lock in the up position. This causes it to fall down into the field of view and is a definite safety issue especially when driving on rough roads as it can block you vision without any warning. Manufacturer and dealers will not cover this repair once out of warranty and it costs upwards of $400 to do the repair. I have investigated this and have even heard from dealers that this is a common occurrence with these vehicles all the way back to 2003. This should definitely be a safety recall as it could cause an unexpected accident.
