| Description of the problem | Both visors on my 2006 nissan murano have stopped working properly and become a safety hazard. This vehicle is only about 5 years old and already both visors have lost their tension causing them to fall down while driving, blocking the view of the driver. Also they will not stay where they are placed, so they do not serve the purpose of blocking the sun making them more hazardous. A complaint was filed with nissan corporate (file number [xxx]) in march of 2010, but they denied the claim. Information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u. S.
