Description of the problem	My driver's side visor has suddenly decided to keep falling down. It will not stay in the upright position. It slowly works its way downward. When i hit a bump in the road the other day it just fell all the way down. This was while changing lanes and could have caused an accident due to the distraction and the visibility issues. I have the gold extended preferred warranty, and nissan states it isn't covered, yet i don't agree that it is a wear and tear item. I don't even use the visor enough for it to be worn and torn.... I think it jut fails over time, perhaps due to heat from the sun. This appears to be a recurring problem based on the complaints actually filed here at nhtsa and the postings found online. A goodwill warranty program would seem to be in order here at the minimum.
