| Description of the problem | I was driving my murano about 40 mph on a four-lane divided road in centennial co around 12:30 pm on march 13, 2020 when i heard a very loud bang right above my head. The sky was perfect clear blue, so no chance it was hail. I knew instantly that my sun roof glass had shattered. I heard pieces of it rolling off the car. I pulled off on to the first side street and got out to examine what had happened. I saw a hole in the sun roof about 6 inches x 6 inches in the center of the sun roof. I initially thought something had fallen out of the sky and hit my car, but i could tell from how the glass was pointed upward around the edges of the hole that a force underneath the glass had shattered it. |
