Description of the problem	While driving on the dealer provided spear, the rear differential was damaged and caused the rear wheels to grip at 50 mph. The wheels would have locked up if i had continued driving at that rate of speed. This is an unsafe situation, because the dealer provided spear is not appropriate for this type of vehicle (awd/suv). I could have lost my life if the wheels had locked up completely and i lost control of the car in traffic. I am a nurse at an acute care hospital and i feel this is a significant safe issue that needs to be addressed by nissan. *js
