Description of the problem	The drivers side seat recently started to rocking toward the drivers side door which alerted me to having a problem. The sub rail that hold the seat in broken. This happens every time i get into the car the seat is leaning to the left door. I contacted the dealer in which i purchased the car, they said it is nothing they can do because the warranty is up. I should contact the manufacture nissan which i have also done .
