Description of the problem	I was getting out of my nissan murano to pick up my child from school. When i got out i heard a strange pop/crack noise and the seat was titled to the left back. I opened the back door and looked under the seat and found that there was a piece of metal that had broken. This caused the seat to fall backwards and to the left. I was unable to drive it until i found a plastic cup tall enough to hold up the back left corner of the seat so i was able to drive us home. I'm a single mother barely making it and cant afford a $1200 repair. Especially when there are hundreds of the same complaint. The dealerships other complaints have stated that it is a common issue. This common issue, had i been driving would have caused a wreck and the manufacturer will take no responsibility. I purchased this used and now i know why the prior two owners got rid of it. I also was under the impression that nissan cared about the people purchasing their vehicles. I wanted a safe truck to transport my child. There needs to be a recall and nissan should replace the bracket free of charge knowing that this is an issue.
