| Description of the problem | My wife was driving about 40 mph and suddenly she heard a click and the driver seat sank to the rear left. The car went to the next lane but likely no one was close. My wife was able to take control back and put the car in lane. When she returned home, i checked the seat and it was broken at the rear left. Quick check on internet and i found that it was a common problem with the murano. To my shock, there was an investigation but no recall was called. My wife was very close to an accident. If she was doing 55 mph on the crowded highway, we would have a different story to tell. Does someone has to die for a recall!! |
