Description of the problem	While pulling out of a parking lot, i heard a loud pop, and felt the drivers seat move back and to the left. I pulled over not long after that to take a look, and noticed that one of the brackets under the seat had sheared off. The seat now leans to the left and will rock back and forth when driving down the road, especially when turning corners or running over bumps.
