Description of the problem	While driving on the freeway, my drivers seat mounting bracket broke (left rear bracket mount weld). This caused me to cross the lane and almost side swipe another vehicle. Nissan will not cover and has no recall for this obvious safety issue. I am now forced to drive a vehicle which rocks back and forth while operating it. This is an identified manufacturing flaw and should have an immediate recall, before a fatality occurs!!!
