Description of the problem	2006 nissan murano drivers seat broke and has separated from the track, therefore allowing the seat to tilt side to side with any turn. Nissan does not want to admit there is a problem with the seat but apparently there is a problem with this seat breaking in the murano. I have asked them to split the cost with me and they refuse to do so. With all the info out on the internet associated with this problem i think they should be forced to do a recall and admit the problem.
