Description of the problem	2006 nissan murano broken seat bracket. I have had my car in for a seat clicking several times during 3/36 warranty and was told there is nothing wrong. I have a 2006 nissan murano with an extended warranty, several days ago the seat bracket broke when driving on the highway, this was a big surprise, i swerved several times and almost caused a major accident. I took the car to nissan and they said it was not covered under my warranty, it would cost 800 to fix i contacted their consumer affairs and they also don? T care to fix it even though they know it is a design flaw. This is very dangerous and should be an issue that requires a recall because there are many of these cars on the road and many people complaining on web forums. I am now driving a vehicle with a broken seat which is dangerous but i don't have 800. 00 to get it repaired.
