Description of the problem	While driving my 2006 nissan murano, i heard a snap and my seat collapsed, shifting to the left. It was very difficult to steer and i was eventually able to pull over without injuring myself or anyone else. I immediately took it to the dealership, as it was not drivable. I am being charged $1000. 00 to repair, what the dealership service department states is a design defect.
