Description of the problem	Drivers seat left rear bracket snapped in half, seat now rocks up and down 3 inches and leans right. Emailed nissan corporate they had me bring it to a dealer who quoted me $1089. 00 to fix, reviewed cost with nissan corporate and they have heard of the problem occurring with the murano but can't cover the repair expense, she said "keep the receipt in case we recall it you will get some money back".
