Description of the problem	I heard a snapping sound while driving my 2006 nissan murano, and the drivers seat tilted back and to the left. Upon getting out of the vehicle and checking the seat manually, the left backside moved up and down 1-2". I took the vehicle to a nissan dealer and was quoted $1189. 87 to replace the seat adjuster assembly. The part has to be ordered so the repair has not been done yet, but will be when the part comes in, and i will keep the old part when replaced. Updated 09/14/09
