Description of the problem	I own a 2006 nissan murano and it currently has approximately 56000 miles on it. The seat drivers side seat frame/track is currently broken. This causes the seat to tilt toward the door and also it is not fully attached. We attempted to address the defect with nissan and john miller of field operations at kelly nissan. They first told us that we were responsible for fixing the defect for $860. 00 and then reduced it to $350. 00. After we indicated that it was a defect and the manufacturer should pay for it, the offer was retracted. My wife dawn grochowiak was spoken to in an unprofessional manner after indicating she was pregnant and feared for her safety.
