Description of the problem	Was traveling close to 70mph on freeway when driver seat completely broke. My body collapsed to the left side and forced me to lean against driver door. I swerved and nearly hit a vehicle because of this. Apparently, a weld in the seat assembly broke. My vehicle is out of warranty and nissan refuses to cover the damage which is obviously a defect. Upon talking to other nissan murano owners, this is a common issue. I still have not repaired the seat as nissan is charging nearly $1,000 for the repair. I currently have wooden blocks underneath the seat to prop it up. Occasionally the wood slides out and i have to pull over to replace it for safety reasons. I believe this is a huge safety issue. My vehicle is a 2006 nissan murano with just over 60,000 miles on it currently.
