| Description of the problem | I purchased a used 2006 nissan murano in march of this year. Yesterday i was getting into my car to go home from work and was placing my laptop computer bag in the backseat and rested my hand on the driver's seat. The seat was noticeably unstable and unsecured. I investigated under the seat to determine whether or not it had become detached from the track, it had not, the power seat still moves back and forth. I drove it home with my seat unlevel and my husband took a look and discovered the thin metal support rod had broke at the connection point. This has never happened to me on a car ever. I am very disappointed that a more expensive car would miss a step so critical to comfort. |
