Description of the problem	Our 2006 nissan murano that has about 40,000 miles on it. It has a broken drivers seat. Apparently the welds of the seat have broken. We had purchased the extended warranty but have been informed that while the original manufacturers warranty would have covered this safety defect, the extended warranty does not.
