Description of the problem	Seat bracket broke on drivers seat. Nissan dealer said it wasn't their problem. This is a common safety issue with this model car. I've seen hundreds of complaints on this same issue all over the web. I'm contacting the philadelphia inquirer to see if the ntsb holds nissan accountable or treat this like gm's safety issues. *js
