Description of the problem	The driver's seat moves every time i stop or accelerate. Nissan says it will cost 1300-1500 to repair. Looking online this is a recurring problem with this car. The seat has been reported to actually break, causing the driver to end up in the backseat. Mine hasn't done that yet. I feel this is a design defect that should be paid for by nissan, not me as this is not a typical repair that one can expect. This is a major safety risk and the car should be recalled!
