Description of the problem	Noticed seat was tilted to left and wobbly. Upon accelerating or making turns the seat would actually rotate slightly toward the back left corner of the seat. Took to dealer in feb and was told they have replaced "alot of them" and gave us an estimate of $1555. 79 plus tax to repair. When asked about a recall due to potential danger, technician acknowledged danger but simply said his hands were tied because no recall had been made. Gave us number for nissan consumer affairs but told us to expect a denial, which is exactly what we received. Review of internet complaints and nhtsa website revealed many owners with same problem and some who faced seriously dangerous situations because of it. Thankfully, no one has apparently been hurt yet, but the potential is certainly there. Wanted to add our experience to the public dialog with the hope that nissan will reconsider its position.
