Description of the problem	While tuning slightly and looking backwards to back out my driveway, heard a loud crack and felt my seat fall backward. I brake and stopped my car. I then felt my seat fall forward. I exited my car and noticed the left front of my drives seat sitting on the flood. And that my airbag indicator had come on. After looking under the seat i noticed that one of the bars under the seat had snapped. I managed to tie some wire around to keep it in place. After taking my car in for servicing,my mechanic informed me that the auto has to be repaired before any state inspection certificate could be the issued. I asked how much this would cost, and after so research i was informed that this has happened to quite a few other owners of the same auto and that this is a nissan only part which cost $1,0000 for the part. After searching the web i have learned that is common among the nissan 2002-2007 and yet nissan will not recall!
