Description of the problem	I was traveling on the highway and hit a sharp object. That sharp object punctured my gas tank and the tank began to leak. I called nissan usa regarding recall number 35779. Nissan said that the tank had been replaced. However, sears told me that the murano was still using a nissan tank and should be covered by the recall. I have the part number on the work order from sears. Nissan denied my request. Nissan claim number is [xxx]. Approximately june 10, 2014. I would like your help in seeking reimbursement from nissan since i had to pay for the replacement tank and labor.
