| Description of the problem | Original owner, purchased new in 2005. The driver side visor will not stay in up position and must be held in place by other means .(i am currently using a bungee cord that is attached to the visor clip and ran across to the drivers side roof handle above window to hold the visor up so that i have adequate visibility through the front windshield). When attempting to reposition the visor in the up and lock position i heard a popping sound. After that, the visor has failed to stay locked in the up and flat position, keeping it flush against the interior roof. If not using another means to keep the visor up, it will remain in the down position and blocks drivers view. Does not have the flexibility to remain at an angle to block sun, only hangs straight down. |
